I am a female African-American Assistant Professor of Mathematics at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. I am from Tuskegee Institute, Alabama. I have an M.Ed. in Mathematics Education from Tuskegee University and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Mathematics from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, LA.
I am a mentor of undergraduate students in the LS-LAMP Program as well as a mentor for the university's mentoring program.
