Bio

Dr. Tomforde received his Ph.D. from Dartmouth College in 2002 and was an NSF postdoc at the University of Iowa from 2002-2005. He is currently a faculty member at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. Dr. Tomfordes research areas are in Functional Analysis and Algebra. He has supervised postdocs, graduate students, and undergraduates. He also runs several undergraduate research projects, serves as faculty advisor to student organizations, and directs high school outreach programs.
