Bio
I received my Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin in 1996. I took a postdoctoral position in Mathematics Education right after completing my Ph.D. and my work now focuses on research and curriculum development in mathematics education at the university level. I also direct a large Master's program for secondary mathematics teachers at UT Arlington where I am now a Professor and Distinguished Teaching Professor.
