Bio
Mike Hill is an algebraic topologist working at UCLA. He received his PhD from MIT in 2006, and then he was a postdoc at UVA. Starting in 2009, he was a faculty member at UVA, where he served as the Director of Graduate Studies for the mathematics department, helping graduate students navigate the process of transitioning to graduate school and succeeding in it. Mike looks forward to using these skills to help mentees thrive in STEM!
