» Personal WebsiteI have research interests in the areas of numerical analysis and partial differential equations as these areas relate to the problems of fluid flow through porous media, multiphase and multi-component flow, secondary oil recovery, flow with heat sources and reaction terms, and biofilm growth. I also work in bifurcation, in non standard numerical methods, differential equations with random coefficients and in scientific computation in general.
I am also interested in the use of technology to improve learning, especially in College Algebra, Calculus and Differential Equations.
I have participated in several Summer programs mentoring high school and undergraduate minority students doing research in Mathematics.
